Shipping and Handling
Upon receiving your order, the product will be shipped within 5 - 7 days. Free shipping applies to all mailings within the US contiguous states. Most products will be shipped via Media Mail, although other couriers may be used at our discretion.
If you are outside the 48 contiguous states, please email for your specific country's Airmail and surface rate. Be advised that recipient will be responsible for any possible customs or import duty charges. Payment must be made through PayPal, or international money order in U.S. funds.
Packaging
All orders are professionally packaged with padded protection, and clearly labeled.
Return Policy
Dwelling Place Ministries (DPM) appreciates your business and wants you to be pleased with the products that you purchase from us! In the event you are unhappy with your merchandise once you receive it, we will be happy to offer you a refund or merchandise credit (less shipping). Simply package and return with a copy of your original PayPal order.
Full refund or credit (less shipping) will be issued for merchandise returned within 30 days. Please note that refunds can take 1-3 weeks to process. Refunds will not be issued for merchandise returned after 30 days.
Returned merchandise must be in original unused condition. No credit or refund will be issued for items that you have used and/or damaged. Unacceptable merchandise will be returned to you with an explanation and your credit card will be billed for the cost of shipping.
Compact discs may be returned if unopened. If you receive a compact disc that is defective, it may be exchanged for the same title only.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify us and we will replace or refund your order right away.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you contact us before we ship the product, we'll gladly cancel your order and refund the purchase price. If the order has been shipped, and you still do not want the product you ordered, you must use the return policy method stated above.
Suggested Donation
When we receive the suggested donation (SD) for the product, it is one of the ways that the Lord provides for Dwelling Place Ministries. Your generous donation helps cover various product costs, shipping and handling, as well as provide partial income for DPM. Thank you for your participation in the Lord's commission upon our lives.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us, so we do everything possible to protect any information provided to us online. Dwelling Place Ministries, is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will never sell, share or rent your information to others.
